Sales Engineer
We are a growing HVAC manufacturer representative company for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years’ experience selling commercial HVAC equipment. We are looking for an independent self-starter with a strong work ethic, and strong background in HVAC sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners.
- Generate estimates and professional proposals for providing equipment and/or solutions.
- Handle incoming inquires for basic system questions, quotations, and product availability.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed log of sales activity using HubSpot.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience with HVAC equipment and systems.
- Excellent customer service, sales, & communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical specifications, prints & electrical diagrams.
- Attention to detail, organized & detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM software to create documents to support sales effort.
- Able to work & learn independently.
- Minimum Associate degree; Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
